Our current business policies.

Reservations
In order to reserve your event date, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract.  A signed contract and deposit secures your reservation date. The full event balance must be paid 14 days before your event. It is recommended that reservations be made at least 3 months before your event date to guarantee availablity.  All reservation deposits are nonrefundable. Be sure to have the exact date of your event when placing your reservation. (For more information review your contract.) 
 
Cancellations
Please notify us immediately of any cancellations or changes in your event date and time. An official request must be in writing. We will do our best to work with you.  However, if you are cancelling your event be aware that your reservation deposit is non refundable. (Review your contract for more information.)
 
Customer Inquiries
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
