1.  What kind of Chocolate is used with the Chocolate Fountain?

Answer: We only use the best imported Belgium Chocolate, with intesely rich chocolate flavor and aroma that makes Belgium Chocolate the most sought after chocolate in the world. 100%pure, this special recipe made by Callebaut does not require the addition of thinning agents or oil, and is a higher quality of chocolate that contains 54% semi-sweet cocoa. In addition to creating a better 'flow', it assures a better taste and silkier appearance.

 

2.  How many guests does the Chocolate Fountain serve?

Answer: The Chocolate Fountain can accommodate any event size. Each package includes 20 pounds of chocolate enough for up to 100 guests.  Additional chocolate can be purchased at $50.00 every 10lbs(serves additional 50 guests).  Of course, we will always have an adequate supply on hand if needed and you will be charged accordingly.

 

3.  What dipping items are not recommended to be used with the Chocolate Fountain?

Answer: It is not recommended to use items that may crumble or break apart easily. It will affect the flow of the chocolate if crumbs fall into the fountain.

 

4.  Can the Chocolate Fountain be used for outdoor events?

Answer: We do not recommend using the chocolate fountain outdoors. The flow of the chocolate can be affected in windy weather.  Also due to the sweet nature of chocolate, outdoor pest are attracted toward it, thus making it an uninviting experience for your guests.  

 

5.  Can a Chocolate Fountain be rented without the professional Attendant?

Answer: Due to the importance of your special event, we only allow our professionally trained attendant to provide quality service during your event. This will allow you and your guests to enjoy your special day.

 

6.  How many hours is the Chocolate Fountain at my event?

Answer: Our packages include 3 hours of service. Most people are using The Chocolate Fountain during the appetizer portion of their event.  It is usually plenty of time for your guests to enjoy this unique experience! Should you decide to use the Fountain for both appetizers and dessert, additional time may be purchased for $50.00 an hour. 

 

7.  Who will be responsible for Set-Up, and Clean Up of The Chocolate Fountain?

Answer: As part of your chocolate experience, we will handle the set-Up, and clean up of the Chocolate Fountain. Our professional attendant will arrive an hour before the designated starting time, to ensure set up is complete before your guests arrive.  The attendant will be there to replenish all items displayed and assist your guests with their chocolate experience.

 

8.  What are the Table and Electrical Requirements?

Answer: The Chocolate Fountain will require a sturdy table able to carry up to a 100lbs. We also require a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the fountain setup.  Please check with your event location to ensure these requirements can be met. We can supply a table at no additional cost if needed. However this must be pre-arranged and included in your contract.

 

9.  How can I reserve the Chocolate Fountain for my event?

Answer: In order to reserve your event date, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract.  A signed contract and deposit secures your reservation date. The full event balance must be paid 14 days before your event.
